Prices, shipping costs, taxes and duties:
All prices for goods posted on the
website are indicated in AMD. A purchase made online through the website shall
be considered complete from the moment your payment is processed by us or an
automated system implemented by us and an email confirming the transaction is
sent to you, or our employee contacts you, which will be considered acceptance
of your offer. The prices of the goods indicated on the website include all taxes. The
listed price of the product includes the bank transfer fee.
In case of possible inaccuracies on the website or errors and/or technical problems with
the order, the Company reserves the right to correct the inaccuracy and charge the
correct price.
User can choose any of the payment methods described on the
Website. The Company reserves the right to temporarily suspend, exclude or enable
certain payment methods at any time.
The payment shall be made:
• online through ArCa payment system (Arca, Visa, MasterCard, American
Express, etc.),
• by cash purchase,
• by bank transfer to the company’s current account
Delivery shall be carried out throughout the territory of the Republic of Armenia; in the
city of Yerevan in 1-2 business days. Delivery in the regions of RA and Artsakh shall be
carried out by post within 3-5 working days.
On non-working days (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays, delivery does not
work. The amount of delivery of an order in Yerevan is 500 AMD. Delivery of orders
over AMD 5000 is free of charge. The cost of delivery to the regions of Armenia,
including Artsakh, depends on the weight of the order. At the time of delivery, upon
receipt of purchases, it is necessary to check the conformity of the goods with the order,
the appearance, the quantity of the goods.
Returns are valid only for defective goods. Refunds for products shall be made only by
the method by which payment was received.
The customer has the right to refuse the goods only until the moment of its acceptance.
The reasons for the refusal may be the non-compliance of the goods with the order, low
quality or damage to the goods.
